What is a dental implant ?

A dental implant is a small titanium screw designed to replace the root of a missing natural tooth.

  • Do you have severe dental problems?
  • Have you lost your teeth from periodontitis?
  • Do you want to improve your aesthetics?

We gave our patient 6 end osseous implants to rehabilitate the functionality and aesthetically the loss of his teeth, allowing the support of a prosthetic substitute through direct bone support thanks to a biological process known as Osseo integration for 3 months.

In the second session we design the bridges with beautiful high translucency zirconium crowns

Gorgeous smile in no time.

Titanium is perfectly biocompatible; it is the same material used for the construction of orthopaedic prostheses.

In this case our patient had Serious problems of chronic periodontitis and aesthetics!

We followed the ALL ON 6 therapy.

In the first session we installed six implants in the upper arch and six implants in the lower arch

In the second session after 3 months (After the Osseo integration phase) we applied twenty-six highly translucent zirconium crowns, with which we not only restored the functionality, but also the aesthetics of our patient.

Our patient is happy with a bright smile and high resistance to biomechanical stress.

Gingivectomy is a dental surgery in which part of the gum tissue is removed.

The operation itself is not painful as it is performed under local anaesthesia.

We introduce you to our patient.

We performed Gingivectomy with LASER Without hemorrhagic without pain without scalpel, in 10 minutes here is the result.

Dental implant surgery

Dental implant surgery is a procedure that replaces tooth roots with metal, screwlike posts and replaces damaged or missing teeth with artificial teeth that look and function much like real ones. Dental implant surgery can offer a welcome alternative to dentures or bridgework that doesn’t fit well and can offer an option when a lack of natural teeth roots don’t allow building denture or bridgework tooth replacements.

Why it is done?

Dental implants are surgically placed in your jawbone, where they serve as the roots of missing teeth. Because the titanium in the implants fuses with your jawbone, the implants won’t slip, make noise or cause bone damage the way fixed bridgework or dentures might. And the materials can’t decay like your own teeth that support regular bridgework can.

In general, dental implants may be right for you if you:

  • Have one or more missing teeth
  • Have a jawbone that’s reached full growth
  • Have adequate bone to secure the implants or are able to have a bone graft
  • Have healthy oral tissues
  • Don’t have health conditions that will affect bone healing
  • Are unable or unwilling to wear dentures
  • Want to improve your speech
  • Are willing to commit several months to the process
  • Don’t smoke tobacco

All-On-4 Implant

With an All-on-4 implant, you don’t need to replace each lost tooth individually. Instead, a dental professional will surgically insert four titanium posts into your jawbone as the main anchors. They can then attach a permanent denture at those four areas for a seamless look across your entire mouth.

All-on-4 suitable in cases when:

  •  The patient has no teeth in one of the jaws
  • The patient suffers from periodontitis
  • The patient does not have sufficient jaw bone density
